We dedicated to amino acid-based products for more than 10 years. We are professional in amino acid-based products. The main products are the vegetable source and animal source of amino acid organic fertilizer, amino acid feed grade, and silk amino acids for shampoo. We accept customized packages and formulations and provide good formulations such as amino acid chelate minerals with humic acid and so on.
Why vegetable source amino acid fertilizer is better than animal source amino acid fertilizer?
The vegetable source is soy protein, the animal source is animal fur. Soybean meal is mainly composed of protein, starch, and fiber. In the process of hydrolysis, protein decomposes into free amino acids, starch and fiber decompose into carbohydrates, and in high temperatures, the amino acids and carbohydrates continue to react to produce many small molecules of aldehydes, ketones, and phenols which are purely natural biostimulants. Animal fur and skins are mainly composed of proteins and fats and do not have this property. Therefore, those of plant origin used in crops are more effective than those of animal origin because they contain bio-natural stimulants.
How to quality control.
To ensure the quality of the final product, there are 4 important steps.
Raw materials
After more than 10 years of experience in this field, we test and know which one is best for us. For every batch of raw materials, we will check tests,s and keep records before manufacture.
Manufacturing
Our manufacturer managers are professional engineers in amino acid fields for more than 15 years. Every formulation is kept recorded and before manufacture, there are hot treatment testing and cold treatment testing. Workers are stable in these years, manufacture manager will check and inspect all the way.
Final goods
Every batch of goods will sample test in our lab and kept a record, the sample will be kept for at least one year.
Tracking
We will keep track of our customers after they use it in our country and abroad.
What’s the difference between HCL hydrolysate H2SO4 hydrolysate and enzymatic manufacturer process?
HCL hydrolysate manufacture process products will have to contain NH4Cl, so there is Cl-, the lower amino acid content, the higher content of chloride.
H2SO4 hydrolysate manufacturer process products contain (NH4)2SO4, so there is SO4-.
Enzymatic manufacturer process: There are no chemical elements in it and the manufacturing process is very soft. Products will contain a content of high active peptides and no inorganic nitrogen.
High free amino acid is suitable for the HCL hydrolysate manufacturer process.
High active peptides and totally organic fertilizer are suitable for the enzymatic manufacturer process.
